Shipping policy
Before finalizing your order, you'll have the opportunity to select from various delivery options, each with estimated delivery times and dates based on your delivery address.
Our goal is to dispatch all orders placed before 14:00 on weekdays unless there are any issues with your order. In such cases, we'll promptly reach out to you to resolve any issues.
While we strive to meet all delivery times, please note that delays may occur during special releases, holiday seasons, and sales periods.
For orders outside the EU, please be aware that customs and VAT fees may apply upon arrival at the destination. We recommend contacting your local customs authorities for any inquiries.
DK Orders: Deliveries within Denmark typically arrive within 1-3 business days.
INTL Orders: Shipments outside of Denmark are handled by UPS, GLS, or Bring. During checkout, you'll see the available shipping options and estimated delivery times. The standard delivery time is 2-4 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
Returning an item should never be a problem.
You have a 30-day window from the date of receipt to initiate a return. We highly recommend obtaining proof of postage.
To ensure a smooth process, please ensure your package is easily identifiable. Including your order number and full name is always helpful.
Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging. Any returns that don't meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to you instead.

DK Returns: Enjoy free returns on orders above 500 DKK.
Simply email us at hello@tntathletes.com with your order number and full name, and we'll provide you with a prepaid return label.
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we'll promptly process your refund.
International Returns:
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns for international orders. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including taxes and duties.

Exchanges: To initiate an exchange, please email our customer service at hello@tntathletes.com with your order number, the product you wish to exchange, and the desired replacement.
Our team will reserve the item for you and provide a return label. Once we receive your return, we'll process the exchange promptly.
